KELSO DAIRY FACTORY COMPANY (LIMITED).
IN LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of shareholders in the above company will be held at the office of the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited), No. 1 Vogel Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the sixteenth day of August, 1921, at three o’clock p.m., for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s statement of receipts and expenditure, together with his report upon the liquidation of the company.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, Bowron’s Buildings, 162 Manchester Street, Christchurch, on Wednesday, 13th July, 1921, the following resolution, which was passed as an extraordinary resolution at a meeting held on the 16th June, 1921, was confirmed as a special resolution and duly passed: “That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Mr. RANDAL L. HICKS, Public Accountant, of Christchurch, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership business of Farmers at Otorohanga subsisting between DOROTHY LILLIAN RAVEN, Wife of Frank Raven, of Otorohanga, in New Zealand, Farmer, and the said FRANK RAVEN and KAREN WINGER, Wife of Gustav Ludwig Winger, of Otorohanga, Farmer, and the said GUSTAV LUDWIG WINGER, is dissolved as from the first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one (1921). The business of the Partnership will in future be carried on by GUSTAV LUDWIG WINGER and KAREN WINGER.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of TAUHARA ESTATES (LIMITED) held on the 24th day of June, 1921, the following special resolution was passed:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that CHARLES ARTHUR STUBBS be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
This special resolution was confirmed at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on the 15th day of July, 1921.

AT a general meeting of shareholders of the above-named company duly convened and held at the registered office of the company at Victory Buildings, Courtenay Place,
Wellington, on Tuesday, 19th July, 1921, the following resolution was duly passed, and signed by the whole of the shareholders of the company:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the same meeting OSCAR W. B. ANDERSON, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
Notice is also given that the creditors of the company are required, on or before 15th August, to send detailed particulars of their claims to the Liquidator of the said company, and if so required, by notice in writing, are to come in and prove their claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefits of any distribution made before such claims are proved.
