And whereas the said license was, with the consent of the Minister of Marine, transferred to Maurice Palmer Millett: And whereas it is desired to extend the period of the license under the said Order in Council from ten to twenty-one years: Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section thirty-nine of the Harbours Amendment Act, 1910, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend clause five of the conditions of the said Order in Council by striking out the word “ten” and substituting therefor the word “twenty-one.”

Amending Regulations for Trout-fishing in the Southern Acclimatization District.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 78, of the twenty-second day of the same month, regulations were made for trout-fishing in the Southern Acclimatization District and waters thereof:
And whereas by Order in Council dated the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 83, of the fourth day of the same month, the said regulations of the twenty-first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and four, were amended:
And whereas it is desirable to further amend the said regulations:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on him by section eighty-three of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend regulation five made by Order in Council of the twenty-first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and four, by adding the following proviso thereto:—
“Provided that no bait other than the natural or artificial fly, or natural or artificial minnow, shall be used for taking fish in all lagoons in the Roxburgh Amalgamated Company’s old workings, bounded on the south by the Molyneux River; on the east by the Teviot River and the main road; on the north by the main road, Roxburgh to Alexandra; and on the west by the Ladysmith Company’s claim.
“The fine for each breach of this regulation shall not be more than £50.”

Declaring Land to be no longer subject to Part XV of the Native Land Act, 1909.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of July, 1921.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section ninety-six of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, it is enacted that the Governor-General in Council may from time to time by Order in Council declare that any land subject to Part XIV or XV of the Native Land Act, 1909 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), and vested in a Maori Land Board, shall no longer be subject to such Parts of that Act, and shall be revested in the Native owners thereof:
And whereas the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is at present subject to Part XV of the said Act, and is vested in the Waiariki District Maori Land Board, which Board has recommended that such land be no longer subject as aforesaid and that it be revested in the Native owners:
And whereas the Governor-General is satisfied that the said land is not subject to any lease, license, contract for sale, or other alienation, and that no moneys are charged on the said land or on the revenue thereof in accordance with the said Act or under any other authority:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section ninety-six of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall no longer be subject to Part XV of the Native Land Act, 1909, and shall be revested in the Native owners thereof.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land, containing 883 acres 1 rood 33 perches, more or less, and known as Waiteti No. 2 Section 2A No. 2A Block, situate in the Rotorua Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of July, 1921.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the twenty-third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted the twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, but only in so far as it affects the land specified in the Schedule hereto, prohibiting all alienation other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted the twelfth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, prohibiting all alienation of the land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.
