Time for taking Census.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by the Census and Statistics Act, 1910, it is, among other things, provided that an account shall be taken in the year one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and in every fifth year thereafter, of the number and conditions of persons, and of the live-stock, and of the land in cultivation within New Zealand, and of other particulars relating thereto: And whereas by the said Act it is enacted that such account shall be taken by Proclamation:

Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority in me vested by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that such account shall be taken in the month of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, on Monday, the eighteenth day of the said month, and for the night of Sunday, the seventeenth day of the said month.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of December, 1920.

Additional Land taken for Forest-plantation Purposes in Block VIII, Paeroa Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for forest plantation purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 312 acres.
Being Paeroa East No. 1b Block, situated in Block VIII, Paeroa Survey District. (S.O. 4440B, red.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49861, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the North Auckland Railway.
