A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rush-
worth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land
in Otanewainuku Survey District described in the Schedule
hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road:

Situated in Te Papa Parish, Block VI, Otanewainuku
Survey District. (S.O. 19897.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51702,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 19th day of July, 1921.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by

worth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land
in Woodland District described in the First Schedule hereto;
and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in
the Second Schedule hereto.

R.D.).
All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51376,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government

the Hauraki Plains, and for the Better Disposal of Land
set apart under the Hauraki Plains Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the
Hauraki Plains Act, 1908, and of every other power and
authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John
Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for the more effective carrying-out of the drainage
or other works authorized by the Hauraki Plains Act, 1908,
and for the better disposal of land set apart under that Act;
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the sixth day of August, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-one.

under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 15th day of July, 1921.

the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby pro-
declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a fire-brigade
station, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the City of Wellington, as from the date here-
inafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Procla-
mation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of
July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.
