SCHEDULE.
BLACKWATER DOMAIN.—NELSON LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 3 roods, more or less, and being Section 14 of Block XII, Mawheraiti Survey District. Commencing at peg X on the Blackwater Road, and thence bounded by lines the bearings and distances of which are as follows: 241° 11′ and 1027·3 links, 333° 13′ and 915·9 links, 70° 34′ and 795·8 links; thence by the said Blackwater Road, 136° 14′ 18″ and 812·7 links, to the point of commencement at the before-mentioned peg X: be all the aforesaid bearings and linkages more or less: excepting that part of the Blackwater Creek which intersects the land included within the above-described boundaries. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

CHARLES GORDON,
JOHN WILLIAM GORDON,
HUBERT ROUGHTON HOGG,
FRANCIS JAMES SHORT, and

as from the tenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, to be the Opotiki and Waioeka Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the eleventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, at two o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Secretary’s Office, Main Street, Opotiki, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
OPOTIKI AND WAIOEKA DOMAIN.—AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 174 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Allotments 82, 83, 84, and 85, Parish of Waioeka. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road 100 links wide, 4634 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 2520 links; towards the south-west by a public road, 5695 and 433 links; towards the west by Allotment 81, Waioeka Parish, 1370 links; towards the north by Allotment 80 of the aforesaid Parish, 3500 links; and towards the west by the last-mentioned allotment and a public road, 2840, 170, and 640 links respectively.

Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 125 acres, more or less, being allotment 333, Parish of Waioeka. Bounded towards the north-west by Allotment 340, Waioeka Parish, by a drain reserve, and again by the aforesaid allotment, 3581 links; towards the north-east by a public road 100 links wide, 4050 links; towards the south by public road 100 links wide, 5907 links; and towards the south-west and west by a public road 100 links wide, 291 and 1698 links respectively.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby incorporate the members of the Kumeu District Agricultural and Horticultural Society, and such persons as shall hereafter be admitted members of the said society agreeably to the rules of the said society and the provisions of the said Act, into a body corporate under the style and title of “The Kumeu District Agricultural and Horticultural Society.”
