Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a County road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Mangapapa Road, situated in the Taranaki Land District, Whangamomona County, commencing at its junction with the Ohura Road, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Section 1, Block III, and Section 17 and part 18, Block II, Pouatu Survey District, and terminating at its junction with the Mount Damper Road ; being a distance of 3 miles 3 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51806, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

JOHN COOPER,
WALTER DOWSETT,
HENRY EDWIN ELSMORE, and
GEORGE HENRY HICKMAN,
as from the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, to be the Newman Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the residence of Mr. John Cooper, Newman, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council, dated the third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, appointing the Ohakune Lakes Domain Board, and doth hereby appoint
THE OHAKUNE BOROUGH COUNCIL,
to be the Ohakune Lakes Domain Board, having the control of the domain described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act ; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the eleventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, at half past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Borough Office, Miro Street, Ohakune, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
OHAKUNE LAKES DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 97 acres, more or less, being Section No. 24c, Block VIII, Makotuku Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Sections 24B and 24A, 2321·5 links, 505·1 links, and 1592·3 links ; towards the north-east, east, and south-east generally by Rangataua Road, 21·1 links, 843·6 links, 1009·9 links, 1088·5 links, 901·links, 705·6 links, 325 links, 302·4 links, 443·3 links 451·3 links, 345·5 links, and 210·9 links ; and towards the south-west by Section 22, 2488·2 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 1/169, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of July, 1921.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the nineteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted the twenty-second day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, prohibiting all alienation of the land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.
