THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
[No. 61

(being 10 per cent. additional of the Gore Borough Reconstruction and Extension of Electric Light and Power Works Loan 1920 of £12,000, such latter amount being insufficient to complete the works for which such loan was raised), the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-tenth of a penny (1/10d.) in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Gore; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-five (25) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary resolution has been passed by the shareholders of the above company as under, and that such resolution is dated the 9th day of June, 1921:—
“That P. Faithfull and Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily; and that GEORGE WILLIAM HUTCHISON, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
