NOTICE is hereby given that if within three months from the date hereof cause is not shown to the contrary, each of the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Registers kept by me, in pursuance of section 30 (3) of the Mining Amendment Act, 1914.

I, ROBERT EDWARD HAYES, Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Horotiu Institute (Incorporated) is no longer carrying on its operations and has no assets, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved, in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the lease of the undermentioned land having been declared forfeited by resolution of the Hawke's Bay Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908, and the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned reserves will be offered for lease by public auction at the District Lands and Survey Office, Wellington, at 11 a.m. on Monday, the 29th August, 1921, under the provisions of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, and the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
Ohakune Township.—Waimarino County.—Makotuku Survey District.
SECTION I, Block II: Area, 1 rood; upset annual rental, £1.
Section is situated on the main street in the old township of Ohakune, about one mile and three-quarters from station by good metalled road. Section comprises flat open land suitable for grazing or for building.
Bunnythorpe Township.—Kairanga County.—Kairanga Survey District.
Section 1260: Area, 1 acre 0 roods 24 perches; upset annual rental, £3.
Situated about sixty chains from Bunnythorpe Railway-station and post-office. Access by partly metalled road and partly formed road, the latter being soft in wet weather.
Bush on reserve has been felled, and reserve grassed and fenced. Suitable for grazing, and is watered by a small stream which will probably go dry during summer months.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LEASE.

Term of lease, fourteen years.

On the fall of the hammer the successful bidder must deposit an amount equal to twelve months’ rent at the rate offered, together with £1 1s. lease fee.

There are no restrictions or limitations as to the number of sections which one person may lease, and no declaration is required. Residence and improvements are not compulsory. No compensation shall be claimed by the lessee, nor shall any be allowed by the Government, on account of any improvements effected by the lessee, nor for any other cause.

Possession will be given on the day of sale.

The leases shall be for the term specified, but shall be subject to termination by twelve months’ notice in the event of the land being required by the Government.

The rent shall be payable half-yearly in advance.
