Regulations under the Masseurs Registration Act, 1920.—Fees for Examination and Registration.—(H. No. 45.)

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of June, 1921.

Present:

THE HONOURABLE SIR F. H. D. BELL, K.C.M.G., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section fifteen of the Masseurs Registration Act, 1920, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, doth hereby prescribe the fees specified in the Schedule hereto.

Regulation under the National Provident Fund Act, 1910.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of June, 1921.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by section seven of the National Provident Fund Act, 1910, and by section twenty-eight of the National Provident Fund Amendment Act, 1914, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following additional regulation; and doth declare that the regulation hereby made shall form part of the regulations made on the fourth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and gazetted on the thirteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

REGULATION.

SUPERANNUATION FOR EMPLOYEES OF LOCAL AUTHORITIES, COMPANIES, FIRMS, ETC.

  1. THE return of contributions paid to the Fund on behalf of employees, which is required to be made monthly by a local authority to the Superintendent, shall, once in every three months, be accompanied by a statutory declaration to be made by the Clerk or other principal officer of the local authority in the Form 7 hereunder.

I, [Name and official designation], do hereby solemnly and sincerely declare that the annexed statement, entitled “Return of Contributions paid to the Fund on behalf of Employees,” for the period from to , 19 , by the [Name of local authority, &c.], is true and correct in every particular, and that the said statement contains the names of all employees permanently appointed to the staffs of that local authority since the date of the last declaration. And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true, and by virtue of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.

The Southern Side of Portion of Stokes Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of June, 1921.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one—viz., “The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the southern side of Stokes Street beginning at its intersection with Adelaide Road and extending for a distance of 493 links, being the whole frontage of Town Section 966 in the City of Wellington ”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the southern side of the portion of Stokes Street described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Stokes Street, abutting on Section 966. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51855, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The South-western Side of Portion of Moeller Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of June, 1921.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the twenty-seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one—viz., “The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the south-western side of Moeller Street beginning at the corner of Shannon Street and extending along Moeller Street for a distance of 135·36 links, being the whole frontage of Lot 9, D.P. 123, Town Section 405, in the said city ”; such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Moeller Street, abutting on Lot 9, D.P. 123, Town Section 405. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50698, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
