Boundaries of Manunui Town District altered.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the twenty-first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, the Town District of Manunui was duly constituted and proclaimed under the Town Boards Act, 1908, with the boundaries described in the Schedule to the said Proclamation:
And whereas it is expedient to alter the boundaries of the said town district in the manner hereinafter set forth:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by the said Town Boards Act, 1908, do hereby alter the boundaries of the said Town District of Manunui by excluding therefrom the area described in the First Schedule hereto; and do hereby declare that on and after the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, the boundaries of the said town district shall be those described in the Second Schedule hereto; and do hereby further declare that on and from the aforesaid date the boundaries of the County of Kaitieke, affected by the said alteration, shall be those described in the Third Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
AREA EXCLUDED FROM MANUNUI TOWN DISTRICT AND INCLUDED IN KAITIEKE COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 0 roods 38 perches, more or less, being Section 139, Block II, Hunua Survey District, bounded on the north-east and south by public road and on the south-west by railway reserve.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
MANUNUI TOWN DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District bounded towards the north and north-east generally by the Wanganui River from a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 5, Block II, Hunua Survey District, to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 139, Suburbs of Manunui (cemetery reserve); thence towards the south-east by a right line to the easternmost corner of said Section 139; thence towards the south-west generally by the north-eastern boundary of said Section 139 and its production to the North Island Main Trunk Railway line, and by the said railway-line to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 83, Suburbs of Manunui (quarry reserve); thence again towards the south-east by a right line to the easternmost corner of that section, and by the south-eastern boundary of that section to Section 29, Block II, Hunua Survey District; thence towards the east by the eastern boundaries of sections numbered 29, 22, 24, and 26, Block II aforesaid, to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; thence again towards the south-west by the south-western boundary of that section to the public road forming its western boundary; thence across that road to the south-eastern corner of Section 17, Block II aforesaid; thence by the southern boundary of that section to its south-western corner; thence towards the west generally by the western boundaries of sections numbered 17, 16, 15, and 14 to the westernmost corner of Section 79, Suburbs of Manunui, in Block II aforesaid; thence again towards the south generally by a right line through sections numbered 1, 2, and 3, Block II aforesaid, to the corner of the road opposite the easternmost corner of Section 4; thence across the said road and by the southern boundary of the said Section 4 to its westernmost corner; thence towards the north-west by the north-western boundary of the last-mentioned section, and by the road forming part of the south-eastern boundary of Section 5, Block II aforesaid, to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of that section; thence again towards the south-west by a right line across the said road to the north-eastern corner of the said Section 5; and thence by that section and the production of its north-eastern boundary to the Wanganui River, the place of commencement.
THIRD SCHEDULE.
KAITIEKE COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District bounded towards the north-west and north-east generally by the Wanganui River from the northern boundary of Whirinaki Survey District to the point where the boundary-line between West Taupo and East Taupo Counties intersects the said Wanganui River; thence towards the south-east by East Taupo County to Pare-te-Taitonga Trig. Station; thence towards the south generally by a right line to Te Kahatu Trig. Station; thence by a right line to the source of the Ngahuinga Stream; thence by that stream to the eastern boundary-line of Section 13, Block VIII, Manganui Survey District; thence by a right line running due south to the middle of the Manganui-a-te-Ao River, and along the middle of that river to a point opposite the southernmost corner of Section 24, Block XI, Manganui Survey District; thence to and along the south-
