Notice of the Appointment of the New Zealand Wool Committee.
I, WILLIAM NOSWORTHY, Minister of Agriculture, do hereby appoint
OSWALD JAMES HAWKEN, M.P., Sheep-farmer, Hawera { Representatives of Wool-growers
LESLIE ASKIN RUTHERFORD, Sheep-farmer, Woodgrove
WILLIAM SELLARS BENNETT, Wool-broker, Wellington { Representatives of Wool-brokers
ARTHUR EMERSON MABIN, Wool-broker, Wellington
THOMAS ROWLEY LEES, Controller, Department of Imperial Government Supplies, Wellington { Government Representative
to be the New Zealand Wool Committee, and to hold office during the pleasure of the New Zealand Government, under and in pursuance of the Board of Trade (Wool Industry) Regulations, 1921.

Department of Industries and Commerce (Board of Trade).—Board of Trade (Wool Industry) Regulations, 1921.—Fixing Minimum Average Prices.

IN accordance with clause 4 of the Board of Trade (Wool Industry) Regulations, 1921, the Board of Trade, on the recommendation of the New Zealand Wool Committee and with the approval of the Minister of Agriculture, hereby fixes minimum average prices for wool as shown in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.

For all wool grown in New Zealand of fifty-sixes quality and under, a minimum average price of fivepence per pound.
For all wool grown in New Zealand of over fifty-sixes quality, a minimum average price of ninepence per pound.
