Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of May, 1921.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Okaihau Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Okaihau Domain Board.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, situated in the Parish of Okaihau, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 2 roods 16 perches, more or less, being Allotment 72, Parish of Okaihau, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the northernmost corner of Allotment 78, Parish of Okaihau, bounded towards the south-east by Allotments 78 and 23, Parish of Okaihau, 400 links; thence towards the south-west by Allotment 22, said parish, 260 links; thence towards the north-west and north-east by Allotment 25 of the said parish, 1000 links and 760 links respectively; again towards the south-east by a public road, 600 links; and again towards the south-west by Allotment 78 before mentioned, 500 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. Revoking the Vesting of Section 49, Block X, Pohangina Survey District, Wellington Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of May, 1921.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was vested in the Inhabitants of the Pohangina Road District, in trust, as a metal reserve by an Order in Council dated the seventh day of May, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four, and published in Gazette of the seventeenth day of that month, in pursuance of section four of the Public Reserves Act, 1881, but a certificate of title has not issued in respect of the said reserve:

And whereas the Pohangina Road District was abolished by the Pohangina County Act, 1894, and in lieu of the said district the Pohangina County was constituted:

And whereas it is expedient that the said Order in Council should be revoked in so far as it relates to the said land, and the Pohangina County Council has duly consented to such revocation:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection two of section three of the Public Reserves and Domains Amendment Act, 1914, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council hereinbefore referred to so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section 49, Block X, Pohangina Survey District. Bounded on the south-east by a public road, on the south-west by Section 34, and on the north-west by a public road. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan numbered L. and S. 6/1/252, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Revoking Order in Council licensing F. W. Arnold to use and occupy a Part of the Foreshore of Whangaroa Harbour as a Site for Store and a Canning-shed.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of May, 1921.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 70, of the eighteenth day of the same month, F. W. Arnold, of Whangaroa, was licensed to use and occupy a part of the foreshore of Whangaroa Harbour as a site for a store and a canning-shed for a period of fourteen years:

And whereas the said F. W. Arnold desires that the said license should be revoked:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke and determine the said recited Order in Council of the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and the rights and privileges thereby conferred or intended so to be.

Declaring a certain Area in the Southland Acclimatization District to be a Sanctuary for Imported and Native Game.

JELLICOE, Governor-General.

PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare the area described in the Schedule hereto to be a sanctuary for the purposes of the said Animals Protection Act, and that no imported or native game shall be taken or killed within the said area.

SCHEDULE.

Lots 61 and 62, Plan 135, part Section V^ and closed road, Waimumu Hundred, and parts Section 59, Hokonui District: Area, 233 acres.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 25th day of May, 1921.

Appointing Commissioners to classify Pastoral Runs in Canterbury Land District.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the two-hundred-and-twenty-fifth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

THOMAS GEORGE GEE, and
WILLIAM CUNNINGHAM

Commissioners to classify and report to me upon the rural land in the Canterbury Land District known as Run No. 242 (Rural Section 35157), Block III, Teviotdale Survey District, Waipara County, as provided by the said section two hundred and twenty-five.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 28th day of May, 1921.
