EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of Memorandum of Lease Registered No. 8284, recorded in Vol. 17, folio 159, for Subdivision 2 on plan No. 2713 of the harbour foreshore, Town of Waitara West, whereof THOMAS BUCHANAN, of Waitara, Accountant, HENRY SPURDLE, of Waitara, Wheelwright, GEORGE VAREY TATE, of Waitara, Farmer, ALOIS KLENNER, of Waitara, Butcher, and JOHN VICKERY, of Tikorangi, Farmer, are the registered lessees, and application having been made to me to issue provisional memorandum of lease, I hereby give notice that I will issue such provisional lease as requested at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
