Land in Nelson Land District declared to be subject to Section 127 of the Land Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the Land Board of the Nelson Land District has recommended that the Crown tenant of the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto should be afforded relief, owing to exceptional circumstances over which he has no control preventing the profitable occupation of such land :

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section twenty-five of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1911, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto to be subject to the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-seven of the Land Act, 1908; and I do further fix four years from the date mentioned in the said Schedule as the period for which the said land shall be exempt from payment of rent.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 2, Block XIII, Hope Survey District : 1st January, 1920.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Rangitaiki Lot 31p to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the fourteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, duly laid out as a road-line, in pursuance of sections forty-nine and fifty of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 :

And whereas the said Court is of opinion that in the public interest the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the said Act:

And whereas one month's notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914:

And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road:

Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sections forty-nine and fifty of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the road-line proclaimed : 37 acres 3 roods 28 perches.

Portion of Rangitaiki Lot 31r Block, situated in Blocks IV and VIII, Whakatane Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/822,

Proclaiming Native Land to be Crown Land under Section 14 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:

And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

SCHEDULE.

OAMARU No. 2B No. 4 Block, Waioeka Survey District - Approximate area, 664 acres 1 rood 5 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of May, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section one hundred and three of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1920, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be reserved for railway purposes.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land reserved for railway purposes : 2 roods 17 perches.

Being a stopped Government road formerly portion of Prospect Road, Whangamomona Township, situated in Block I, Mahoe Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 5676.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51020, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of May, 1921.
