Additional Land at Inangahua taken for the Purposes of the Midland Railway (Reefton-Inangahua Section).

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Reefton-Inangahua Section of the Midland Railway to take further land at Inangahua, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 acre 3 roods 16·9 perches.
Portion of Section 22, Block V, Inangahua Survey District, Inangahua County.
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 28906, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of April, 1921.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway to take further land at Milburn, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 rood 19·7 perches.
Portion of Section 25, Block III, Tokomairiro Survey District.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 28907, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of May, 1921.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Wellington-Napier Railway to take further land at Napier, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 20·45 perches.
Portion of Crown land (railway reserve, part Town Section 566, Napier), Borough of Napier. (S.O. 556, green.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 25468, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of May, 1921.

Allocating Land reserved and taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Streets at Papakura.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of streets:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section one hundred and ninety-seven of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become streets, and that the said streets shall be under the control of the Papakura Town Board, and shall be maintained by the said Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.
