Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease
to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the eighteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-first day of October then instant, setting apart the settlement land described in the Schedule hereto for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915.
