ERRATUM.—In notification of election of member representing teachers in Auckland University District on the Secondary-school Teachers’ Grading Appeal Board, in Gazette No. 35, of the 14th instant, page 915, for “WILLIAM CARADUS” read “EDWARD CARADUS.”

Additional Land near Te Kuiti taken for the Purposes of the North Island Main Trunk Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the North Island Main Trunk Railway to take further land near Te Kuiti, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:

Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 29027, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of April, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.
