(hereinafter called “the transferee”), of the third part:
Whereas the transferor is desirous of transferring to the transferee his interest in the land and dwelling described in the within-written memorandum of agreement, in accordance with the provisions of section 21 of the Housing Act, 1919: And whereas the transferee is willing to undertake all the duties and obligations of the transferor under the said agreement: And whereas the Housing Board has approved of the said disposition: Now, therefore, it is hereby agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows :—
(a.) That in consideration of the sum of £ this day paid by the transferee (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by the transferor) the transferor hereby transfers to the transferee all his right, title, estate, and interest in the land and dwelling described in the said agreement, and discharges the Superintendent from all liability, past, present, and future, under the said agreement.
(b.) That in consideration of these presents the transferee hereby accepts and takes a transfer from the transferor of all the right, title, estate, and interest of the transferor in the said land and dwelling, and indemnifies the transferor from all liability, past, present, and future, under the said agreement, and will carry out all the duties and obligations imposed on the transferor by the said agreement.
(c.) That in consideration of these presents and of the sums of £1 paid by the transferor and £1 paid by the transferee as transfer fee (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged) the Superintendent hereby releases the transferor from all liability, past, present, and future, under the said agreement, and accepts the transferee as the purchaser of the within-mentioned dwelling in all respects as if the said agreement had been entered into with the transferee.

APPLICATION FOR LOAN.

I, being the purchaser of a dwelling situate Section Settlement, District, do hereby make application for a loan of £ for the purpose of enabling me to
I estimate the cost of the above to be £ , and I am prepared to repay the amount advanced to me, together with interest thereon at the rate of 6 per centum per annum, within , and to comply with the terms and conditions as prescribed by regulations under the said Act.

AGREEMENT TO ADVANCE MONEYS.
(Under the Housing Act, 1919.)
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT made the day of , 192 , between the Housing Superintendent (hereinafter called “the Superintendent”) on behalf of His Majesty the King, of the one part, and [Name in full], of [Address and occupation] (hereinafter called “the purchaser”), of the other part: Whereas by memorandum of agreement dated the day of , 192 , and made in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned Act and the regulations thereunder, between the Superintendent and the purchaser, the Superintendent agreed to sell and the purchaser agreed to purchase the worker’s dwelling being [Description] on the terms and subject to the provisions and conditions therein contained: And whereas the purchaser has made application to the Superintendent for an advance under the provisions of section 23 of the Housing Act, 1919:
Now, therefore, in consideration of these presents it is hereby agreed and declared by and between the parties hereto as follows :

That the Superintendent will advance to the purchaser the sum of on condition that the said sum is expended by the purchaser in manner following, that is to say [State purposes for which advance required].

That the purchaser will repay to the Superintendent the said sum of , together with interest thereon at the rate of six pounds (£6) per centum per annum, by instalments of (the first of which shall be paid on the day of , 192 ) extending over a period
of years, or until the said sum of together with interest as aforesaid shall be fully repaid: Provided that at the end of every period of six months, if the purchaser has paid all instalments of principal and interest payable in respect of that period on or before the due date of payment or within seven days after the due date, and is not in arrears with any other payment due by him to the Board, he shall be entitled to a refund of one-twelfth part of the amount so paid by him as interest.
- Provided always and it is hereby expressly agreed and declared by and between the parties hereto that all the covenants, conditions, stipulations, and provisions in the above-recited memorandum of agreement contained or implied shall, as far as applicable, apply to these presents.

Warrant authorizing the Franklin County Council to construct a Bridge over the Mangatangi Stream on the Mangatangi to Miranda Road on the Boundary between the Franklin and Waikato Counties, and apportioning the Cost.
JELLICOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by section one hundred and nineteen of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize the Franklin County Council to construct the bridge described in the Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby declare that the cost thereof, less such contribution (if any) as may be made thereto by the Government of New Zealand, shall be borne by the Franklin County Council and the Waikato County Council in the following proportions—viz., the Franklin County Council shall pay one-half and the Waikato County Council shall pay one-half of such cost respectively; and I do further direct that any contribution hereby required to be made as aforesaid by the Waikato County Council shall be paid from time to time in the proportion hereinbefore prescribed, out of the funds of the said County Council, within a period of one month after demand in writing made by or on behalf of the Franklin County Council; and all such payments shall be made from time to time to the Clerk of the Franklin County Council for and on behalf of the Waikato County Council.
SCHEDULE.
THAT bridge over the Mangatangi Stream, on the Manga-tangi to Miranda Road, opposite Allotments 39P and 88, Koheroa Parish, Block XVI, Opapehe Survey District, on the boundary between the Franklin and Waikato Counties. As the site of the said bridge is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50404, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
