NOTICE is hereby given that a surrender of the lease of the undermentioned lands having been accepted by resolution of the Canterbury Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908, and the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915.

Section 3, Block VII, Ashburton Survey District: Area, 299 acres 2 roods 30 perches.
Tenure: Special Tenure Lease No. 217. Formerly held by James Shepherd.

Tenure: Special Tenure Lease No. 223. Formerly held by A. J. Macdonald.
