AREAS WHEREIN IMPORTED AND NATIVE GAME SHALL NOT BE KILLED.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District consisting of the following Native blocks : Tautahanga, Te Pua, Waimi-miti, Maungakawakawa, Te Ngako, Haowhenua, Okokako, Tangatapu, Te Ahuahu, Pokapu, Kaporahoru, Kaiwhakairi, Ahitunatawa, Karawa, Poukai, Rarakareo, Pirikotaha, and Sections Nos. 1 and 2, situated in Blocks XI, XII, XV, and XVI, Omāpere Survey District.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 24th day of March, 1921.

Shooting Season for Imported and Native Game, License Fee, &c., Buller Acclimatization District.

JELLICOE, Governor-General.
IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify that the following imported game—viz., hares—may be killed within the said Buller Acclimatization District, comprising the Buller and part of the Inangahua Counties, in the Nelson Land District, bounded towards the north-west generally by a line starting at a point on the Tasman Sea coast at Kohaihai Bluff, in Block XIII, Whakapoai Survey District, and proceeding up a leading spur and along the summit of a range over Mount Domett to Mount Cobb ; thence towards the north-east generally by a line along the summit of the western ranges over Mount Snowdon and Mount Peel to Mount Arthur ; thence towards the south-east by a line along the summit of a leading range over Mount Luna and along the summit of Lyell Range to Bald Hill ; thence by a line down a leading spur on the western side of Eight-mile or Boundary Stream to the mouth of that stream ; thence down the left bank of the Buller River and up the right bank of the Inangahua River to a point due north of Mount Haast ; thence by a right line to Mount Haast ; thence by a right line to the nearest point of the Grey River ; thence towards the south-west generally by a line down the middle of the Grey River to its confluence with the Otututu River ; thence by a line up the middle of the Otututu River to its source near Mount Faraday ; thence by a right line to Mount Faraday ; thence towards the south-east by a line along the summit of the Paparoa Range to a point near the source of the Puna-kaiki or Deadman’s River ; thence towards the south-west generally by a right line to that source, and by a line down the middle of that river to the sea ; thence towards the north-west by the Tasman Sea to Kohaihai Bluff, the place of commencement (except in the areas mentioned in the Schedule hereto), from the second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, to the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, both days inclusive ; and I do hereby restrict the number of hares that may be killed by any one person in any one day to twenty. And I do further notify that licenses to kill such imported game within the said district shall be issued to any person on payment of the sum of twenty shillings each ; and the Chief Postmaster at Westport is hereby appointed to sign and issue the said licenses to kill imported game.
And I do further notify that the following native game—viz., grey duck, pukeko, and black swan—may be killed within the above-mentioned district (except in the areas mentioned in the Schedule hereto) from the second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, to the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, both days inclusive ; and I do hereby restrict the number of such native game that may be killed by any one person in any one day to not more than twenty head in all.

IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify that the following imported game—viz., cock pheasants and Australian quail—may be killed within the Coromandel Acclimatization District, comprising the County of Coromandel and Gannet Island (except in the areas mentioned in the Schedule hereto), from the second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, to the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, both days inclusive. And I do further notify that licenses to kill such imported game within the said district shall be issued to any person on payment of the sum of twenty shillings each ; and the Postmasters at Whitianga, Cabbage Bay, Kuaotunu, and Coromandel are hereby appointed to sign and issue the said licenses to kill imported game.
And I do further notify that the following native game—viz., grey duck, teal, and black swan—may be killed within the above-mentioned district (except in the areas mentioned in the Schedule hereto) from the second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, to the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, both days inclusive ; and I do hereby restrict the number of such native game that may be killed by any one person in any one day to not more than twenty-five head in all.

And I do further notify that licenses to kill such imported game within the said district shall be issued to any person on payment of the sum of twenty shillings each ; and the Chief Postmaster at Gisborne is hereby appointed to sign and issue the said licenses to kill imported game.
And I do further notify that the following native game—viz., grey duck, teal, and black swan—may be killed within the above-mentioned district (except in the areas mentioned in the Schedule hereto) from the second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, to the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, both days inclusive ; and I do hereby restrict the number of such native game that may be killed by any one person in any one day to not more than twenty-five head in all.
