Captain William Ivan Kirke Jennings, D.S.O., is granted additional seniority in his rank as from 1st April, 1916.
Captain Daniel Eric Bremner, M.C., is granted additional seniority in his rank as from 1st April, 1917.
Captain (on probation) Owen Herbert Mead, D.S.O., is granted additional seniority in his rank as from 1st June, 1917.
The undermentioned to be Captains, with seniority as from 1st December, 1919 :—

Captain (on probation) Thomas Farr, D.S.O., M.C., is granted additional seniority in his rank as from 1st September, 1919.

The increments in pay appropriate to these promotions and changes in seniority will take effect as from 1st January, 1921, and with no retrospective effect.
