JAN. 13.] THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
Allotment 13, Parish of Waipareira, being part of Lot 115 on D.P. 8224, situated in Block VI, Waitemata Survey District; Section 261 and part Section 260, Parish of Takapuna, Block IV, Waitemata Survey District.
And for the purpose of such public works the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is further given that the plans of the said roads and of the land as required to be taken are deposited for public inspection at the office of the Waitemata County Council, No. 410 New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland.
And notice is also hereby given that all persons affected by the execution of such public works or by the taking of such lands shall, if they have any well-grounded objection to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing within forty days (40 days) from the first publication of this notice, to the County Council Office, Auckland.

AWARDS, RECOMMENDATIONS, AND DECISIONS UNDER THE INDUSTRIAL CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION ACT.—The issue of this publication in monthly parts has been discontinued; but it has been arranged to supply copies in sheet form when each sheet is printed, at 10s. per annum The price of bound volumes is 15s. in quarter cloth, and 20s. in cloth.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 33s. per annum, including postage, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.
Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charge? 23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 3 o'clock on the day preceding publication.
