THE creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 30th day of January, 1921, to send their names and addresses, and particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to Ernest William Hunt, Public Accountant, 39 Johnston Street, Wellington, the Liquidator of the said company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at some time or place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a general meeting attended by all members of the above-named company held in Wellington on Wednesday, 22nd December, 1920, the following resolution was duly passed:—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that ERNEST WILLIAM HUNT, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

WAIMARINO COUNTY COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Waimarino County Council hereby resolves as follows:—

That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also the other charges on a loan of £250, authorized to be raised by the Waimarino County Council, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for the purpose of trimming, forming, and metalling the Pakihi Road from the Mangawhero River Bridge to the northern boundary of the Tawhito-Ariki Block Run 25 Part 2, the said Waimarino County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one penny (1d.) in the pound sterling upon the rateable (unimproved) value of all rateable property of the Pakihi No. 1 Special Rating Area, situated within the following boundaries:—

Commencing at a point where the southern boundary of Tawhito-Ariki Block Run 25 Part 2, Block VII, Makotuku S.D., joins the Mangawhero River; thence generally north by the said Mangawhero River to the eastern boundary of Section 7, Block VII, Makotuku S.D.; thence south by the said eastern boundary of the said Section 7, Block VII, Makotuku S.D., to the northern boundary of the aforesaid Tawhito-Ariki Block Run 25 Part 2; thence east, south-west, and generally north-west by the north, east, and south boundaries of the said Tawhito-Ariki Block Run 25 Part 2 to the point of commencement, comprising all the following properties—Section Tawhito-Ariki Block Run 25 Part 2, Sections 5 and 7, Block VII, all in the Makotuku S.D.

And that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

Commencing at a point where the eastern boundary of Section 1, Block V, Makotuku S.D. joins the Pipiriki–Raetihi Road; thence generally south by the eastern boundaries of Sections 1, Block V, 12, 3, 4, 5, and 7, Block IX, Makotuku S.D., to the Waipuna Road; thence south by the Waipuna Road to the northern boundary of Section 26, Block IX, Makotuku S.D.; thence east by the north boundary of Section 26, Block IX, Makotuku S.D., and south by the eastern boundaries of Sections 26 and 25, and west by the south boundary of Section 25, Block IX, Makotuku S.D., to the eastern boundary of Block XV, Rarete S.D.; thence south and west by the eastern boundary of Block XV, Rarete S.D., and the southern boundary of Section 21, Block XV, Rarete S.D., and the south and west boundaries of Section 18, Block XV, Rarete S.D., and the southern boundary of Section 12, Block XII, Rarete S.D., to the western boundary of Section 12, Block XII, Rarete S.D.; thence generally north by the western boundaries of Sections 12, 17, and 10, Block XII, Rarete S.D., Section 9, Block VIII, Rarete S.D., Huikumu Block Run 11, to the southern boundary of Waimarino Reserve No. 3; thence north by the western boundary of Section R and north-east by the northern boundary of Sections R, Q, P, O, and N 2A, and south by the eastern boundary of Section N 2A, all in Waimarino Reserve No. 3, to the north-eastern boundary of Section 15, Waimarino Reserve A; thence north, east, and generally south by the eastern boundaries of Sections 15 and 16, Waimarino Reserve A, Huikumu Block Run 11, Section 11, Block IX, Rarete S.D., Sections 1 and 2, Block IX, Rarete S.D., Sections 3, 4, and 2, Block V, Makotuku S.D., to the starting point; comprising all the following properties—Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, Block V, Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 25, 26, Block IX, Makotuku S.D., Section Waimarino Reserve No. 3, N 2A, O, P, Q, R, Huikumu Block Run 11, Waimarino Reserve A, Sections 14, 15, and 16,
