Fixing Dates for the Election and First Meeting of the Bay of Islands Harbour Board, and appointing Returning Officer.

Wellington, 20th December, 1920.
HIS Excellency the Governor-General, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 6 of the Bay of Islands Harbour Act, 1920, has appointed Wednesday, the 9th day of February, 1921, to be the date for the election of the first members of the Bay of Islands Harbour Board, and Wednesday, the 23rd day of February, 1921, at 12 noon, to be the date and time, and Kawakawa to be the place, for the first meeting of the said Board; and has also, in pursuance of the provisions of section 6 of the before-mentioned Act, appointed Harry Clough Blundell, of Kawakawa, to be the Returning Officer for the conduct of such election.
