Plant declared to be a Noxious Weed by the Masterton Borough Council.—Notice No. 2056.

IT is hereby notified, for public information, that the Masterton Borough Council has, by special order, declared elderberry (Sambucus niger) to be a noxious weed within the meaning of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1908, in the district under its jurisdiction.

First Meeting of South Otago Hospital Board.

WHEREAS by section 28 of the Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, it is enacted that the first meeting of a Board shall be held at such time and place as the Minister by notice in the Gazette appoints:

Now, therefore, I, Christopher James Parr, Minister of Health, do appoint the first meeting of the South Otago Hospital Board to be held at the office of the Clutha County Council at Balclutha on Friday, the 1st day of April, 1921.

Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Registrar dissolving a Society.

I, ROBERT EDWARD HAYES, Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that The Lyttelton Stevedores’ Social Club (Incorporated) is no longer carrying on its operations and has no assets, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved, in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.
