In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and its amendments.

NOTICE is hereby given that The Commercial Bank of Australia (Limited) proposes to carry on business in the Town of Gisborne, and that its office or place of business will be situated at Numbers 60 and 62 Lowe Street in the said town.

Dated at Wellington this 21st day of February, 1921.

TAKE notice that the Partnership heretofore carried on between GEORGE HENRY GOODALL and ARTHUR EVERARD NORMAN CLIFF at Birkenhead, Auckland, under the style of "Cliff and Goodall," has been dissolved as from the twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one; and that as from that date a new Partnership has been entered into between the said GEORGE HENRY GOODALL and ALBERT EDWARD SWEET, under the style of "Goodall and Sweet."

All debts due to the late Partnership shall be paid to the new Partnership, and all liabilities of the late Partnership shall be discharged by the new Partnership.

As witness the hands of the said parties, dated at Auckland, this 21st day of February, 1921.

BOWRON BROTHERS AND COMPANY (LIMITED).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above company duly convened and held at the offices of the company, Manchester Street, Christchurch, on Monday, the 10th day of January, 1921, the following resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the company also duly convened and held at the same place on Tuesday, the 25th day of January, 1921, the same resolution was duly confirmed, as a special resolution, viz. :—

"That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that GEORGE BOWRON, GEORGE JOHN SMITH, and WILLIAM GEORGE BOWRON be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up."
