A copy of such plan is deposited in the office of the said Board at Onerahi, and is open to inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours. And notice is also hereby given that all persons affected by the taking of such land are called upon to set forth in writing all well-grounded objections to the execution of such work or to the taking of the said land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the twenty-fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one (being the date of the first publication of this notice), to the said Board at its office, Onerahi.

NOTICE is hereby given that creditors of the above-named company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before the 6th day of April, 1921, being the day for that purpose fixed by the undersigned, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors, if any, to JAMES McINTOSH, of Wellington, the Liquidator of the said company, and if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator are, by their solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

WAIMAIRI COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, the Waimairi County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund and other charges on a loan of £2,500, authorized by the Waimairi County Council, for the purpose of erecting two workers' dwellings, the Waimairi County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-eightieth of a penny in the pound on all the rateable properties in the whole of the Waimairi County. Such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off, and be payable on the first day of January in each and every year until the loan is fully paid off.

AWAKINO COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
WHEREAS the Awakino County Council has raised a loan of £4,000, under the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, for the purpose of widening, culverting, forming, and metalling the Pomorangi Road, and for building two bridges on the said road, one over the Pomorangi Stream and one over the Mangaohae River, and for providing half the cost of forming, widening, culverting, and metalling the portion of the Mahoenui-Kawhia Road from the north-west corner of Section 1, Block VII, Maungamangero S.D., to the northern boundary of Section 9, Block III, Maungamangero S.D., and of building a bridge over the Mangaohae River on that road: And whereas such loan has been found insufficient to complete the undertaking in respect of which it was raised:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, the Awakino County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £400 (being 10 per cent. of the original loan of £4,000), authorized to be raised by the Awakino County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of completing the works for which the original loan was raised as stated above, the said Awakino County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of seven-sixteenths of a penny in the pound on the unimproved value of all rateable property of the Pomorangi Special Rating Area, as described in the New Zealand Gazette of the 6th of August, 1915, page 2854; and resolves, further, that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
