Amending Order in Council fixing the Maximum Price of Cornsacks.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of February, 1921.

Present:

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by Order in Council made on the twenty-first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, the maximum price of cornsacks was fixed: And whereas it is expedient that the said Order in Council be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby, in exercise of the authority conferred on him by section two of the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, amend the said Order in Council in the manner set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

Clause 1 of the Schedule to the said Order in Council is hereby amended by deleting the words “1s. 7d. each in the case of 48 in. sacks and 1s. 6d.,” and substituting therefor the words “1s. 10d. in the case of 48 in. sacks and 1s. 9d.”
