A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Wharekawa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Horahora scheme); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre.
Portion of Lot 33 (D.P. 113), Suburbs of Waihou, Block XI, Aroha Survey District. (S.O. 21968.)

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for a Further Portion of the Orepuki-Waiau Railway (Orawia Section), and for a Road-diversion in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the fifth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 46, of the twelfth day of the same month, taking land for a further portion of the Orepuki-Waiau Railway (Orawia Section), and for a road-diversion in connection therewith, as affects the piece of land, comprising l rood 38:3 perches, being described in the said Proclamation as portion of road situated in Block XVII, Longwood Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of November, 1921.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Road in Block III, Mapara Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the fifteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 6, of the twentieth day of the same month, taking land for the purposes of a road in Block III, Mapara Survey District, as affects the area of land described in the Schedule hereto, which area forms part of the area of 7 acres 0 roods 16 perches, being part of Rangitoto-Tuhua 72B 2 Block, taken by the said Proclamation, the said area described in the Schedule hereto being not now required for the purpose for which it was taken.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land not now required: 6 acres 2 roods 24 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of November, 1921.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
THE WHANGAREI COUNTY COUNCIL
to be the Mimiha Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, at three o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Council Chambers, Whangarei, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
