under the authority of and in accordance with an authorizing Order in Council, direct that any one or more of such balances shall be transferred to the Samoan Treasury.
- Clause nineteen of the Samoan Crown Estates Order, 1920, is hereby revoked, and shall be deemed to have had no force or effect.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of November, 1920.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
HIS Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, and in pursuance of the authority to make laws for the peace, order, and good government of the Territory of Western Samoa conferred upon him by the Western Samoa Order in Council, 1920, made by His Majesty on the eleventh day of March, nineteen hundred and twenty, under the Foreign Jurisdiction Act, 1890, and further in pursuance of the authority conferred upon him by the Treaties of Peace Act, 1919, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, doth hereby order as follows:—

This Order may be cited as the Samoa Customs Amendment Order, 1920, and shall be read with and form part of the Samoa Customs Order, 1920.

This Order shall come into force on the twenty-ninth day of November, nineteen hundred and twenty.

The First Schedule to the Samoa Customs Order, 1920, is hereby amended by adding, under the heading “Exemptions,” the following additional exemption from Customs duty, namely:—
“11. Livestock of all descriptions imported for breeding purposes.”
