THE COMPANIES ACT, 1908.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF COMPANY.

I, JOHN MORRISON, Assistant Registrar of Companies, do hereby give notice that an affidavit, a copy of which is hereunder given, by the Managing Director of the Palmerston North Fresh Food and Cooling-stores (Limited), has been lodged with me, and that, unless notice of objection be lodged with me within sixty days of this date, I shall proceed to declare the said company to be dissolved, in manner provided by the Companies Act, 1908.

  1. That the nominal capital of the said company is £1,700.
  2. That the shares have been fully paid up.
  3. That the company has no assets, and has ceased to carry on business, and I do hereby apply for declaration of dissolution of such company.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 266, subsection (3), of the above Act, that the undermentioned company will, at the expiration of three months from the date hereof, and unless cause is shown to the contrary, be struck off the Register, and the company will be dissolved:—

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SURNAME.

I, THOMAS HENRY ELLIS, heretofore called and known by the name of Thomas Henry Townsend, of Dunedin, Railway Employee, hereby give public notice that on the eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, I formally and absolutely renounced and relinquished and abandoned the use of my said surname of Townsend, and then assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of Ellis instead of the said name of Townsend; and I give further notice that by a deed-poll dated the eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, duly executed and attested and enrolled in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Otago and Southland District, at Dunedin, on Tuesday, the twenty-third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said surname of Townsend, and declared that I had assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth on all occasions to use and subscribe the name of Ellis instead of Townsend, and so as to be at all times thereafter called, known, and described by the name of ELLIS exclusively.
