DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between ARTHUR NAPIER ERNEST COHAM and HORACE DAVIS as Electrical Engineers, and carried on by them at 37 Mount Eden Road as "Coham and Davis," has been dissolved as from the date hereof.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows :

That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £161,250, authorized to be raised by the Wellington City Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the construction of the Mount Victoria Tunnel, the said Wellington City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-fourth of a penny in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the whole of the City of Wellington; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable half-yearly on the lst day of April and the lst day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years from the lst day of December, 1920, or until the loan is fully paid off.
