of Waiuku Town District at north-western corner of Section 11, Waiuku East Parish (cemetery reserve); thence by the Waiuku Town District as described on page 3047 of the New Zealand Gazette of 1914 to the western shore of the Waiuku Estuary; and thence by the western shore of that estuary and the Awhitu Riding, hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement.

  1. Waipipi Riding.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded towards the north-west by the Awhitu Riding, hereinbefore described, from the Tasman Sea to Mokorau, in the Waiuku Estuary; thence towards the north-east by the Waiuku Estuary, and by the Waiuku Town District as described on page 3047 of the New Zealand Gazette of 1914, and by the Waiuku Riding, hereinbefore described, to the left bank of the Waikato River; towards the south-east by the said left bank to the Tasman Sea; thence towards the south-west by the Tasman Sea to the Awhitu Riding hereinbefore described.

  1. Karaka Riding.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded towards the north-west generally by the Manukau Harbour from Te Hihi Estuary to Karaka Point; thence towards the north-east by the Pahurehure Estuary and by the north-eastern side of Hingaia and Slippery Creeks to a point in the middle of the Great South Road; thence towards the east generally by the middle of that road to a point in line with the northern boundary-line of Section 40, Opaheke Parish; thence by a right line to the north-eastern corner of said Section 40; thence by the said northern boundary-line and its production to the middle of the stream forming the western boundary of the said Section 40; thence by a line along the middle of that stream to a point in line with the north-west boundary-line of a subdivision of Section 41 (102 acres 1 rood 10 perches), Opaheke Parish, the property of J. C. Clark in the year 1900; thence by a right line to the northernmost corner of the said subdivision; thence by the said subdivision and by another subdivision of the said Section 41 (containing 100 acres), the property of Frank Ballard in the year 1900, to the western boundary of the Parish of Opaheke; thence by the Opaheke Parish to the south-eastern corner of Section 81, Karaka Parish; thence towards the south-east by the Pukekohe Parish to the southernmost corner of Section 60, Karaka Parish; thence towards the south-west by the Pukekohe Parish and Waiau Parish to the north-western corner of Section 10, Karaka Parish; thence still towards the south-west by the right bank of the Te Hihi Estuary to the Manukau Harbour at the point of commencement.

  1. Mauku Riding.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded towards the north-west generally by the Manukau Harbour from the westernmost corner of Section 35, Waiau Parish, to the Te Hihi Estuary; thence towards the north-east by the Karaka Riding, hereinbefore described, to the Pukekohe Parish boundary at the south-eastern corner of Lot 5 of Section 11, Waiau Parish; thence towards the south-east and north-east by the Pukekohe Parish; thence again towards the south-east by Sections 33, 35, 37, 40, 41, 43, 42, 1, and 2, Parish of Puni; thence towards the south-west by the Waiuku and Awhitu Ridings, hereinbefore described, to Manukau Harbour, the place of commencement.

  1. Pukekohe East Riding.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded towards the north-west generally by the Karaka Riding, hereinbefore described, from the easternmost corner of Section 82, Karaka Parish, to the southernmost corner of Section 41, Opaheke Parish; thence again towards the north-west by the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 41, Opaheke Parish, to the northernmost corner of Allotment 10 of Section 5, Opaheke Parish; thence towards the east generally by the creek forming part of the western boundary of Section 47 of Opaheke Parish, across a road, by the said creek forming the western and southern boundary-lines of Section 88, Opaheke Parish, to the north-westernmost corner of Section 253; thence by the western and southern boundary-lines of said Section 253, part of the western boundary-line of Section 47, Opaheke Parish, western boundary-lines of Sections 50 and 51, Opaheke Parish, and southern boundary-line of said Section 51, and that boundary-line produced to the middle of the Great South Road; thence towards the east generally by the middle of that road to a point in line with the north-western boundary-line of Section 22, Mangatawhiri Parish; thence by a right line to the north-eastern corner of said Section 22; thence towards the south-east by Sections 22, 46, 45, 44, and 43, Mangatawhiri Parish, to the north-eastern corner of Section 43, Mangatawhiri Parish; thence towards the north-east by the south-western boundary-line of Section 43, and that boundary-line produced to the middle of the Razorback to Whangarata Road; thence towards the south-east by the middle of that road to a point

in line with the north-eastern corner of part of Lots 4 and 5 of a subdivision of Sections 9 and 47/50, Mangatawhiri Parish (containing 161 acres 0 roods 29 perches), the property of Bird Brothers in the year 1920; thence by a right line to the said corner; thence towards the east by the eastern boundary-line of the said part of Lots 4 and 5 to the northern boundary-line of Lot 2 and part Lot 3 of a subdivision of Sections 9 and 47/49, Mangatawhiri Parish (79 acres 3 roods 26 perches), owned by Susan Brewster in the year 1920; thence towards the north and east by part of the northern boundary-line and the eastern boundary-line of the said Lot 2 and part Lot 3 to the northern boundary-line of Lot 3 of 1 (containing 88 acres 0 roods 29 perches), being a subdivision of Sections part 9 and 47/49, Mangatawhiri Parish (owned by Leonard Middleton in the year 1920); thence towards the north by the northern boundary-line of said Lot 3 of 1, and towards the east by the eastern boundary-line of said Lot 3 of 1 and that boundary-line produced to the middle of the Whangarata to Pokeno Road; thence towards the south-east by the middle of that road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary-line of Section 10, Mangatawhiri Parish; thence by a right line to the north-eastern corner of said Section 10; thence towards the north-east by Sections 16 and part 7 of the aforesaid parish to the public road at the south-eastern corner of said Section 10; thence by a right line across the said road to the northern boundary-line of Section S.W. 68, Mangatawhiri Parish; thence towards the north and north-east generally by a public road to the north-eastern corner of Section N.E. 68, Mangatawhiri Parish; thence towards the east by Section 69, Mangatawhiri Parish; thence towards the south-east and east generally by the road along the southern boundary-line of Section S.W. 68, Mangatawhiri Parish, and the eastern boundary-lines of Sections 66 and 65, Mangatawhiri Parish, to the right bank of the Waikato River; thence by a line due south to the left bank of the Waikato River; thence towards the south generally by the said left bank of the Waikato River to a point due south of the westernmost corner of Section 108, Tuakau Parish; thence towards the west generally by a right line to the said corner; thence by the south-eastern boundary-lines of Section 109, Tuakau Parish, Section 43, Pukekohe Parish, Sections 7 and 6, Tuakau Parish; thence across a road; thence by southern boundary-line of Section 11A, Tuakau Parish, south-eastern and north-eastern boundary-lines of Section 11, Tuakau Parish, eastern boundary-lines of Sections 10 and 13 of Tuakau Parish, to the North Island Main Trunk Railway line; thence by the said railway-line to the south-eastern boundary-line of Section 24, Pukekohe Parish; thence by the Borough of Pukekohe as described on page 1135 of the New Zealand Gazette of 1916 to the southern boundary-line of Section 14, Pukekohe Parish; thence by the southern and eastern boundary-lines of said Section 14, eastern boundary-lines of Sections 13 and 3 of the Parish of Pukekohe, to the place of commencement: excluding therefrom the Tuakau Town District, as described on page 2516 of the New Zealand Gazette, 1914.

  1. Pukekohe West Riding.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded towards the north-west generally by the Mauku and Karaka Ridings, hereinbefore described, from the northernmost corner of Section 2, Puni Parish, to the south-easternmost corner of Section 82, Karaka Parish; thence towards the east generally by the Pukekohe East Riding, hereinbefore described, to a point on the left bank of the Waikato River due south of the westernmost corner of Section 108, Tuakau Parish; thence towards the south and south-east generally by the said left bank of the Waikato River to a point on said left bank produced by a right line from the south-western boundary-line of Purapura Native Reserve; thence towards the west generally by the Waiuku Riding, hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement: excluding therefrom the Borough of Pukekohe, as described on page 1135 of the New Zealand Gazette of 1916.

  1. Mercer Riding.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded towards the west and north generally by the Pukekohe East Riding, hereinbefore described, from a point on the left bank of the Waikato River due south of the south-eastern corner of Section 65, Mangatawhiri Parish, and by the Drury Riding, hereinafter described, to the middle of the road opposite the southernmost corner of Section 136, Opaheke Parish; thence towards the north-west generally by the middle of the said public road forming the eastern boundary-line of said Section 136, and part of the eastern boundary-line of Section 134, Opaheke Parish, to a point opposite the south-western corner of Section 13, Otah Parish; thence by the southern and eastern boundary-lines of said Section 13, eastern boundary-line of Section 12, Otah Parish, southern boundary-lines of Sections 81A and 108, Otah Parish, eastern boundary-lines of
