cease carrying on business in New Zealand. No break in
the company’s operations will thereby occur, as a local
company under the name of Makower, McBeath, and Company
(Limited)” has been formed to acquire the New Zealand
portion of the business of the first-named company. The
business will be carried on by the new company at the pre-
mises 65 and 67 Victoria Street, Wellington, as hitherto.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
existing between ROBERT DAWSON JOHNSTONE and
ROBERT MORROW at 110 Onepu Road, Kilbirnie, under the
style of “Johnstone and Morrow,” has been dissolved by
mutual consent as from the 2nd day of October, 1920.

The business will in future be carried on by the said ROBERT
DAWSON JOHNSTONE alone, who will discharge the liabilities
of the business, and to whom all accounts should be paid.

and HENRY VICTOR LANE, Metal-founders, Christ-
church, and trading as “Barbour and Lane,” has this day
been dissolved by mutual consent. The business will hence-
