His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint GEORGE BEGG, WILLIAM HENRY CLOTHIER, RICHARD ORME DIXON, RICHARD EVANS, and EDWIN LORD, as from the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, to be the Ohuka and Eyreton Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Eyre Council Chambers, Ohuka, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Canterbury Land District.-Rangiora Survey District. RESERVE 1567, Blocks XIII and XIV : Area, 200 acres. Lots 4, 5, and 6, Block XIV : Area, 15 acres 2 roods 30.8 perches.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Lands other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this llth day of October, 1920.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the twenty-fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and gazetted the twenty-seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, prohibiting all alienation of the land specified in the Schedule hereto, other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Lands other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this l1th day of October, 1920.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, and by section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 (as amended by section eight of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1916). His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of eighteen months the Order in Council dated the twenty-seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and gazetted the twenty-ninth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, but only in so far as it affects the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto, prohibiting all alienation other than alienation in favour of the Crown.
