Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
CROWN LAND.
North Auckland Land District.
Sections 1, 2, and 3, Block III, Kaeo Survey District: Area, 909 acres.
Auckland Land District.
Section 17, Block XIV, Karioi Survey District: Area, 390 acres.
Wellington Land District.
Section 59, Block V, Karioi Survey District: Area, 5 acres 3 roods 13 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of October, 1920.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Otago Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and published in the Gazette of the fourth day of April then instant, setting apart settlement land for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the North Auckland Railway.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49816, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of October, 1920.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908, and that such land may be administered and disposed of under that Act accordingly.
