south of the northern boundary of the said Block II; thence
along the eastern side of the said Nelson Creek–Kopara Road
to the south-western corner of Section 1, Block XIII, Kopara
Survey District; and thence in a north-easterly direction
along the southern boundary of the aforesaid Section 1 to the
point of commencement. As the same is delineated on sheet
47, roll plan 450, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
All that area of land in Blocks XIII and XIV, Arnold
Survey District, in the Westland Land District, being Reserve
1600, containing by admeasurement 2,430 acres, more or less.
Bounded toward the north by Section 188q, Block XIII,
Arnold Survey District, by the western side of A.K. Line
Road, across that road, and by Section 1599, Block XIV,
of the said district, east by Education Endowment Reserve
130 of Block XIV aforesaid to a point in line with the southern
boundary of Section 1864, Block XIII aforesaid; thence
towards the south by a right line to the eastern side of Clifton
Road; and thence towards the west by the said side of that
road, by Section 1871 and the production of its southern
boundary across Kaiata Road, and by the eastern side of that
road to the place of commencement. As the same is deline-
ated on sheet 47, roll plan 450, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
green.
All that area of land in Block II, Turiwhate Survey
District, in the Westland Land District, being Reserve 1601,
containing by admeasurement 1,000 acres, more or less.
Commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 3174,
Block II, Turiwhate Survey District, and bounded thence
towards the north-east by a right line to a point on the east-
ern boundary of the said block 3000 links due north of the
northern boundary of Section 2205, Block VIII, of the said
district; thence towards the east generally by Block III
aforesaid, and by Section 2205 aforesaid and its western
boundary-line produced to the right bank of the Teremakau
River; thence towards the south-west generally by that
bank to a point in line with the south-east boundary-line of
Section 3174, Block II aforesaid; and thence by a right line
to and by the last-mentioned section to the place of com-
mencement. As the same is delineated on sheet 47, roll plan
450, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry,
at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
All that area of land in Block III, Turiwhate Survey
District, in the Westland Land District, being Reserve 1602,
containing by admeasurement 370 acres, more or less.
Bounded towards the north-east by Scenic Reserve No. 919,
Block III, Turiwhate Survey District, and the production
of its south-west boundary to the right bank of the Tere-
makau River; towards the south-east by the said bank to a
point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 2205;
towards the south by part of the southern boundary of
Block III aforesaid; thence towards the west by Section 2205
to its north-eastern corner; and thence towards the north-
west by a right line to the point of commencement. As the
same is delineated on sheet 47, roll plan 450, deposited in
the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered green.
All that area of Land in Block IV, Turiwhate Survey
District, in the Westland Land District, being Reserve 1603,
containing by admeasurement 985 acres, more or less. Com-
mencing at the north-western corner of Block IV, Turiwhate
Survey District, and being bounded towards the north by
Block XVI, Hohonu Survey District; towards the east by
Section 869, Block XVI aforesaid, and by Section 2064,
Block IV, Turiwhate Survey District; towards the south by
Sections 2397 and 2398 of the said Block IV; and towards
the west by Block III, Turiwhate Survey District, to the
place of commencement. As the same is delineated on sheet
47, roll plan 450, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
All that area of land in Blocks X, XIV, and XV, Arnold
Survey District, Blocks I, II, III, V, VI, VII, IX, and X,
Hohonu Survey District, and Blocks VIII and XII, Waimea
Survey District, in the Westland Land District, being Reserve
1605, containing by admeasurement 34,650 acres, more or
less. Commencing at the north-western corner of Section 858,
Block XV, Arnold Survey District; thence by that section
to Section 1541; thence by a right line to and by Reserve
245, by a Roman Catholic Church reserve, by Section 1541,
a road reserve, again by Section 858, by Section 1779, across
and by the southern side of the Stillwater Creek Road, and by
Section 858 aforesaid to the north boundary of Hohonu
Survey District; thence due west for a distance of 3800
links; thence due south to a point in line with the south
boundary of Section 3358; thence to and by Section 3355,
Block III, Hohonu Survey District, by Sections 3356, 3357,
and 857, by the north side of Irishman’s Road, by Reserve
1072, and again by said road to a point in line with the west
boundary of Section 2474, Block VIII, Hohonu Survey
District; thence to and by Section 2474, by western side
of Morgan Road, by Section 2470 of the said Block VII, by
the northern side of a road reserve along Hohonu River,
by Section 2442, Block X, Hohonu Survey District, by
Reserve 956, by the northern side of the Lake Brunner Road,
by Reserve 956, again by the northern side of the Lake
Brunner Road, by the right bank of Big Hohonu River, by
the eastern side of Old Marsden Road to the northern
boundary of Block IX, Hohonu Survey District; thence
due east, 25000 links; thence due north to the north bound-
ary of Block VI, Hohonu Survey District; thence due west
28000 links; thence due south, 25000 links; thence due
east to the western side of Old Marsden Road; thence by the
said side of that road, by Section 1874, Block IX, Hohonu
Survey District, again by the western side of Old Marsden
Road; thence by the right bank of the Teremakau River, by
the northern side of the Cape Terrace Road to Tansey Creek;
thence by the right bank of Tansey Creek, by the right bank
of Teremakau River, by the western and northern boundaries
of Block XIII, Waimea Survey District, by the southern side
of Cameron’s Road to its junction with Old Marsden Road;
thence by a right line to and by Section 2705, Block I, Hohonu
Survey District, to its southern corner; thence by a due-east
line to and by the left bank of Irishman’s Creek to the eastern
boundary of Section 3057, Block I, Hohonu Survey District;
thence by that section, across the Marsden–Maori Creek
Road; thence by a right line to the south-west corner of
Section 2706 of the said Block I; thence by that section and
a road reserve to and by the northern side of Limestone
Track, by the western boundary of Block I, Hohonu Survey
District, a distance of 7000 links; thence due east to a point in
line with the western boundary of Education Endowment Re-
serve No. 1453; thence by a right line to and by that reserve
and its northern boundary produced across a road reservoir
reserve; thence by the northern side of that reserve to the
south-east corner of Section 1599, Block XIV, Arnold Survey
District; and thence by that section and Reserve 274 to the
point of commencement: save and excepting Dunganville
Township; and Sections 3053, 1494, 1540, and 3054, Block
II, Hohonu Survey District; Orina Township; Reserve
1484, in Block V, Arnold Survey District; Sections 1477
and 1464, Block XV, Hohonu Survey District; and all roads
which are within the above-described boundaries. As the
same is delineated on sheet 47, roll plan 450, deposited in
the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered green.
All that area of land in Block XII, Pohaturoha Survey
District, in the Westland Land District, being Reserve 1607,
containing by admeasurement 1,066 acres, more or less.
Commencing at the south-eastern corner of Block XII, Poha-
turoha Survey District, and proceeding in a north-westerly
direction, 19000 links; thence in a north-easterly direction,
11400 links, to the north-eastern corner of Block XII afore-
said; and thence along the eastern boundary of that Block
to the point of commencement. As the same is delineated
on sheet 34, roll plan 450, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
green.
All that area of land in Block XVI, Pohaturoha Survey
District, in the Westland Land District, being Reserve 1608,
containing by admeasurement 1,275 acres, more or less.
Commencing at the north-east corner of Block XVI, Poha-
turoha Survey District, and proceeding south along the
eastern boundary of the said block, 7000 links; thence due
east, 18000 links; thence north-easterly to the northern
boundary of the said Block XVI, 7800 links; thence along
the said northern boundary to the left bank of the Robinson
River, and along the said river-bank to a point opposite the
south-western corner of Reserve 1241; thence across the
said river, along the south side of a road reserve, and across
the said road reserve to the southern corner of said reserve
1241; thence by the south-eastern boundaries of said reserve
and Section 1 of Square 181 to the said northern boundary of
Block XVI, Pohaturoha Survey District; and thence by parts
of the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Section
2823, and again along the northern boundary of the said
Block XVI to the point of commencement. As the same is
delineated on sheet 34, roll plan 450, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon
bordered green.
All that area of land in Block I, Haupiri Survey District,
in the Westland Land District, being Reserve 1609, containing
by admeasurement 1,094 acres, more or less. Commencing
at the north-western corner of Section 2676, and proceeding
along its western boundary produced to the right bank of the
Nancy River; thence along the said river-bank and the right
bank of the Ahaura River to a road reserve fronting Section
9, Block I, Haupiri Survey District; thence along the eastern
side of the said road reserve, and the southern, eastern, and
northern boundaries of Reserve 1490, and again along the
said road reserve to the southern boundary of Section 2576;
thence to the south-eastern corner of the said section and
along its eastern boundary, 150 links; thence due east to the
eastern boundary of Block I, Haupiri Survey District; and
thence along the said eastern boundary to the northern
boundary of Section 2767, and along the said northern bound-
ary to the point of commencement. As the same is deline-
