CHANGE OF SURNAME.
I, HENRY JOHN EWINGTON-BELL, heretofore called and known by the name of Henry John McCurdy, of the City of Nelson, in New Zealand, Clerk, hereby give public notice that on the 24th day of September, 1920, I formerly and absolutely renounced, relinquished, and abandoned the use of my said name of McCurdy, and then assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of Ewington-Bell instead of the said name of McCurdy; and I give further notice that by a deed-poll dated the 24th day of September, 1920, duly executed and attested and enrolled in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Wellington on the 2nd day of October, 1920, I formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said name of McCurdy, and declared that I had assumed and adopted and subscribed thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use the name of HENRY JOHN EWINGTON-BELL instead of Henry John McCurdy, and so as to be at all times thereafter called, known, and described by the name of HENRY JOHN EWINGTON-BELL exclusively.

WE, GEORGE RAYMOND, of Ashburton, in New Zealand, Schoolmaster, THOMAS ALFRED RAYMOND, of Christchurch, in New Zealand, Composer, WILLIAM HENRY RAYMOND, of Christchurch aforesaid, Fitter, JOHN EDWARD RAYMOND, of Christchurch aforesaid, Draper’s Assistant, and FANNY CHRISTINA RAYMOND, of Christchurch aforesaid, Spinster, hereby give public notice that on the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, we and each of us formally and absolutely renounced, relinquished, and abandoned the use of our surname of “Schneider,” and then assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of “Raymond” instead of the name of “Schneider.”
And we give further notice that by a deed-poll dated the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, duly executed and attested and enrolled in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Christchurch, we formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said surname of “Schneider,” and declared that we had assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the names of “George Raymond,” “Thomas Alfred Raymond,” “William Henry Raymond,” “John Edward Raymond,” and “Fanny Christina Raymond” instead of “George Schneider,” “Thomas Alfred Schneider,” “William Henry Schneider,” “John Edward Schneider,” and “Fanny Christina Schneider” respectively, and so as to be at all times thereafter called, known, and described by the name of “George Raymond,” “Thomas Alfred Raymond,” “William Henry Raymond,” “John Edward Raymond,” and “Fanny Christina Raymond” respectively exclusively.
