Altering the Middle-line of a Portion of the North Auckland Railway (Mareretu Section).

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 31st day of July, 1915, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 93, of the fifth day of the following month, defining the middle-line of a further portion of the North Auckland Railway (namely, Mareretu Section) between the points marked 93 miles 40 chains and 97 miles, as shown on the plan numbered P.W.D. 38074 referred to in such Proclamation; and in lieu thereof do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of the said portion of railway, commencing at the said point marked 93 miles 40 chains and terminating at 96 miles 62 chains, shall be as defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point in Allotment 148, Paparoa Parish, marked 93 miles 40 chains on the line of railway defined by a Proclamation dated 31st July, 1915, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 93, of the fifth day of the following month, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction for a distance of 3 miles 22 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., Allotments 148, 141, 150, 147, Paparoa Parish; Allotments 194, 206, 209, and 228, Mareretu Parish; and terminating at a point in the said Allotment 228 marked 96 miles 62 chains (such point being opposite the point marked 97 miles on the plan numbered P.W.D. 38074 referred to in the Proclamation aforesaid, and situated on the eastern side of the middle-line defined by the said Proclamation, and being about 4 chains distant from and at right angles to such middle-line); including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses.
In the Survey District of Matakohc, North Auckland Land District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49728, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of September, 1920.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 2 perches.
Portion of Ohura South G, situated in Block I, Piopiotea Survey District. (S.O. 20808.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49534, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of September, 1920.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 7 perches.
Portion of Lot 1 of Allotment 111, Parish of Takapuna (D.P. 665), situated in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District. (S.O. 20753).
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49694, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of September, 1920.

WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:
