AUSTRALASIAN CONFERENCE ASSOCIATION (LTD.).
Notice OF SITUATION OF OFFICES OR PLACES OF BUSINESS IN NEW ZEALAND.
Pursuant to section 302 of the Companies Act, 1908, Australasian Conference Association (Limited), whose registered office is situate at Wahroonga, near Sydney, in the State of New South Wales, in the Commonwealth of Australia, hereby gives notice, in accordance with the Companies Act, 1908, by its attorneys in New Zealand, Albert George Minchin, of 902 Colombo Street, Christchurch, and Sidney Herbert Amyes, late of Redcliffs, but now of 81 Dyer's Pass Road, Cashmere Hills, Christchurch, that the said company proposes to and will carry on business at its head office in New Zealand, which is situate at 902 Colombo Street, Christchurch, in the Dominion of New Zealand, where legal process and notices of any kind may be addressed or delivered. WESTERN TAIERI LAND DRAINAGE BOARD.
LAKE SUBDIVISION.
HEREBY give public notice that William John Marshall being the only person nominated as Trustee for the Lakes Subdivision of the Western Taieri Land Drainage District to fill the extraordinary vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. R. A. Kempshell, I hereby declare the said William John Marshall to be duly elected.

WAIOU VALLEY DAIRY COMPANY (LIMITED).
An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Waihou Valley Dairy Company (Limited) held at Te Aroha West on 3rd February, 1920, the following resolutions were passed :-
(1.) That the Waihou Valley Dairy Company (Limited) amalgamate with the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company (Limited).
(2.) That the Waihou Valley Dairy Company (Limited) go into voluntary liquidation.
(3.) That JOHN ROBERT NICOL, of Te Aroha, be appointed Liquidator to wind up the affairs of the Waihou Valley Dairy Company (Limited).
At an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held at Te Aroha West on 25th February, 1920, the above resolutions were duly confirmed.

In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1908, and amendments.
THE Mangaorongo Road Board hereby gives notice that it proposes to acquire, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, and amendments, all that area of land described in the Schedule hereunder for the purposes of a quarry. The plan of the area proposed to be taken is deposited and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the office of the Road Board at Maihiihi, or at the offices of Messrs. Hosking, Corbett, & Mossman, Solicitors, Otorohanga. All persons affected by the action of the Board in taking the said lands are required to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections thereto, and to send such written objection, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Clerk of the Mangaorongo Road Board, care of Messrs. Hosking, Corbett, & Mossman, Solicitors, Otorohanga.
SCHEDULE.
All that area of land comprising one acre, more or less, being part of Rangitoto A No. 21A No. 2B Block, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 192, folio 52, Auckland Registry, as delineated on the plan above referred to and edged red.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1908, the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and the Tramways Act, 1908, and their amendments.
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Wellington proposes, under the provisions of the above-named Acts, and all other Acts and powers enabling it in that behalf, to execute a certain public work--namely, tramway purposes ; and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, in the Town Hall, Cuba Street, in the said city, and is there open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours, and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of such lands should, if they have well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Wellington City Council, addressed to the Town Clerk at his said office.
