Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waikura No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raukokore on Wednesday, the 20th day of October, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:

“(1.) That a proposed alienation of part of the land by way of sale to Charles Vince Houghton shall be agreed to.
“(2.) That a proposed alienation of part of the land by way of sale to Eveline Cato shall be agreed to.
“(3.) That a proposed alienation of the balance of the land by way of sale to Victor John Larner shall be agreed to.”

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to George Kirk shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Matata, Lot 102, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Matata on Thursday, the 28th day of October, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to H. W. and F. J. Burt shall be agreed to.”

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Eric Merito shall be agreed to.”
