In the matter of an application by A. J. Devery to have a road-line laid off to give access to Kahuitara 2A 2 and 2A 3 Blocks over Te Rewa 3 Block, being adjoining Native land.

TAKE notice that the Court has fixed Monday, the 11th day of October, 1920, as the time, and Wairoa as the place, for hearing objections to the proposal to lay off a road-line or private way to Kahuitara 2A 2 and 2A 3 Blocks over Te Rewa 3 Block.
