ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
79 acres 3 roods 22 perches, more or less, being part of
Allotment 7 and Allotment 9, Te Rapa Parish. As the same
is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/11/18, deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland plan 6684, blue.)
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, this 9th day of September, 1920.

Notifying Land in the Auckland Land District for Sale by
Public Auction.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred
upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section
of the Land Act, 1908, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator
of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby appoint Wednesday, the twenty-seventh day of
October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, as the time
at which the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be
sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which
the said land shall be sold as those mentioned in the said
Schedule hereto.

Whangaparaoa Township is situated near Cape Runaway,
about forty-five miles from Opotiki. There is a formed road
for about twelve miles, thence by bridle-track along the
coast. The township has also access by bridle-track from
Te Araroa, which is distant about thirty miles. There is an
occasional steamer service from Auckland. The sections are
all level, the soil being of a sandy nature.

Opening Education Reserves in Otago Land District for
Selection on Renewable Lease.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, and the
Education Reserves Amendment Act, 1910, I, Robert Stout,
the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby declare that the education reserves
described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection
on renewable lease for the term of thirty-three years, with
right of renewal for successive periods of thirty-three years,
on Wednesday, the tenth day of November, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty, at the rentals mentioned in the
said Schedule; and I do also declare that the said reserves
shall be leased under and subject to the provisions of the
said Acts.

purposes of Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908.

is appointed Superintendent of Mercantile Marine for the
Port of Kaiapoi from the date hereof.
