A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 27·3 perches. Portion of Lot 50 (D.P. 526), being part Section 20, Karere Block, Block XIII, Kairanga Survey District.
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48207, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged pink.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of September, 1920.

His Excellency the Administrator presiding in Council.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, the Hamilton Borough Council was authorized to erect electric lines in the Borough of Hamilton and portion of the Waipa County :
And whereas application has been made by the Waipa County Council for the cancellation of the said Order in Council in so far as such Order in Council relates to the erection of electric lines in the Waipa County :
And whereas the Hamilton Borough Council has consented to the said Order in Council being cancelled in so far as such Order in Council relates to the erection of electric lines in the Waipa County, with the exception of those lines at present erected in the said county and described in the Schedule hereto :
