Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of September, 1920.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto; such road being no longer required for the purposes of a road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Government road hereby stopped: 8 acres 3 roods 3 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Crown land (Maramarua Parish), Block VI, Piako Survey District. (S.O. 21166.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49389, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of September, 1920.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes of a road, part of such land being occupied by an orchard and cultivation.
