Additional Land at Tahakopa taken for the Purposes of the Catlin’s—Seaward Bush Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Catlin’s—Seaward Bush Railway to take further land at Tahakopa, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land :—

Situated in Block XIII, Rimu Survey District, Clutha County.
In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 27733, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of August, 1920.

Additional Land at Morrinsville taken for the Purposes of the Waikato—Thames Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Waikato—Thames Railway to take further land at Morrinsville, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 rood 11·1 perches. Portion of Lot 8, D.P. 180, Motumaho No. 2, Block VI, Maungakawa Survey District, Piako County. (S.O. 21148, blue.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 27871, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of August, 1920.

Altering Boundaries of Whangarei and Hobson Counties.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it is provided by subsection two of section three of the Counties Amendment Act, 1913, that the boundaries of any one or more counties may be altered in accordance with a resolution proposing the alteration passed by the Council of each of such counties in which the principal Act is in force:
And whereas a resolution was passed by the Whangarei County Council on the sixteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and sealed with the seal of the Council of the said county on the sixteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty;
And whereas a similar resolution was passed by the Hobson County Council on the sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and sealed with the seal of the said county on the sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, praying for the alteration of the boundaries of such counties in the manner described in the said resolutions and in the First Schedule hereto :
