Additional Land near Otamita taken for the Purposes of the Waimea Plains Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Waimea Plains Railway to take further land near Otamita, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 acre 2 roods 12 perches.
Portion of Lot A (L.T. plan 334), part Section 56, Block LXVIII, Hokonui District, Southland County. (S.O. 82R, red.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 27800, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of August, 1920.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.โCROWN LAND.
Section 15, Block IV, Nenthorn Survey District: Area, 1,580 acres.
Section 1, Block VII, Hummock Survey District: Area, 588 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of August, 1920.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
