THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rahuipuharariki No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinepanea on Tuesday, the 24th day of August, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Herbert Bertram shall be agreed to.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paengaroa South No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 31st day of August, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to E. W. Pemberton Matthews shall be agreed to.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukaingataru B 18 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tauranga on Thursday, the 26th day of August, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Samuel J. Conn shall be agreed to, and that the old lease be surrendered.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 57, Parish of Waipa, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ngaruawahia on Thursday, the 9th day of September, 1920, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the land be sold to A. Primrose for the sum of £5 per acre.”

Dated at Auckland this 4th day of August, 1920.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 67, Parish of Waipa, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ngaruawahia on Thursday, the 9th day of September, 1920, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £800.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waiwhakaata 1B 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ngaruawahia on Thursday, the 9th day of September, 1920, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“ (1.) That the land be leased to John Charles Potts for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 2s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years and 3s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.

“ (2.) That the land be sold to John Charles Potts for the sum of £2 5s. per acre.”
