Amending Regulation under the Coal-mines Act, 1908.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of August, 1920.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Coal-mines Act, 1908, and its amendments, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following amendment to the regulations made under the said Act on the twenty-sixth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 79 on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and doth hereby order that the amendment to regulations hereby made shall come into force on the day of the gazetting thereof.
REGULATION.
FORM 13 (Regulation 36) is amended by deleting the figure “2” in the last line thereof, and substituting therefor the figure “4.”

Amending Order in Council fixing the Maximum Price of Petrol.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section two of the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, it is enacted that the Governor-General may by Order in Council fix and determine the maximum price in New Zealand of any class of goods, and may from time to time in like manner revoke any such Order in Council or vary any maximum price so fixed and determined: And whereas, in pursuance of the authority so conferred on him, the Governor-General, by Order in Council dated the eleventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, did fix and determine the maximum price of petrol in New Zealand: And whereas it is now expedient to amend the said Order in Council in the manner hereinafter set forth :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred on him as aforesaid, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, doth hereby amend the said Order in Council of the eleventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, in the manner set forth in the Schedule hereto; and in further pursuance and exercise of the said authority doth hereby declare that this Order in Council shall come into operation on the publication thereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
SCHEDULE.
CLAUSE 15 of the Schedule to the said Order in Council is hereby revoked, and the following substituted therefor:—

Approving the Term of the License granted to Westhaven Limited by the Collingwood County Council for a Tramway along or across certain Roads in Block V, Pakawau Survey District.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by the Tramways Act, 1908, and the Tramways Amendment Act, 1910, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Dominion of New Zealand, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the said Dominion doth hereby approve of the term of the license granted for a period of twenty-one years from the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, by the Collingwood County Council to Westhaven Limited (a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1908, and having its registered office in the City of Wellington), authorizing such company to construct and maintain a private tramway on, along, or across the public roads described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL those roads situated in the Nelson Land District, Collingwood County, intersecting Section 2, Block V, Pakawau Survey District, at the points staked out on the ground, and marked approximately “A” and “B”; and also upon the continuous line of road lying between Sections 3 and 9, Block V, Pakawau Survey District, and the foreshore of Westhaven Inlet between the points marked approximately “C” and “D”; and also upon the road lying to the north of Section 4, Block V, Pakawau Survey District, at the point staked out on the ground, and marked approximately “E.” As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48441, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

WHEREAS the Cambridge Electric-power Board, a Board constituted under the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), has applied, under section forty-nine of the said Act, for the issue of an Order in Council authorizing the construction of certain electric works, and has complied with all the preliminary requirements of the said Act :
