Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for a Further Portion of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway, Napier Northwards (Part Eskdale and Tutira Sections), and for Road Approaches thereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke part of the Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of the same month, taking land for a further portion of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway, Napier Northwards (part Eskdale and Tutira Sections), and for road approaches thereto, in so far as such Proclamation affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being not now required for the purpose for which it was taken.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of all other powers enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 122, of the ninth day of the same month, taking land for the purposes of a road in Rangitoto-Tuhua 77F No. 1a Section 1, Block V, Tuhua Survey District, made under the Public Works Act, 1908, such land being not now required for the purpose for which it was taken.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of August, 1920.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required for the purposes of a road.
